timouts in 3rd qtr

In our game with seattle,seattle took i think all their timouts in the 3rd qtr i didnt see and injured so seems weird to me

There is a very small chance that a team will burn a timeout at an inappropriate time in the game - if the timeouts are taken in the 1st or 3rd quarter that's probably what is happening. It's unlikely but certainly possible for a team to burn all of their timeouts inappropriately. Experience of the team weighs heavily into this factor, but every team has a tiny chance to do it.

Awkward timeouts is also called 'The Andy Reid Rule'.
