Punt Return Muffs

Still would like to see this reduced. Some games I have seen 3-4 done between the 2 teams. I can see if the player has no punt return skills but am seeing them on players with high skills. I can watch a NFL season and may see 2-3 all season. Watched a game the other day and saw 3 on opposing team and I recovered 2 of them so not saying this for my benefit.

I have just added (for 2021 week 6) an update in MFN-1 that reduces the punt **** probability. Let me know if you still see a lot of muffs in your game.

Kick and punt return TDs are also exceptionally high at the moment. I shouldn't complain, since I've been one of the primary beneficiaries but still, it's a bit much.
