Oh, that's what B&R means? I've been trying to figure that out.

Very rarely - B&R only will occur when a defender lines up on the line of scrimmage and bumps the receiver as they begin their route. The LB will usually not line up on the LOS across from who they are covering. The exception may be if the LB does have man-to-man coverage of, say, the TE, he may line up and bump him, but that won't happen very often.
