The draft is underway!

Click here to go to your war room, or visit the war room item in the draft menu.

This league has just begun! Because this is a new league, it will be a few days before the allocation draft begins (the countdown timer above shows when the first pick will fire). This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

NOTE: As of the last sim, this league was under the minimum 20% capacity. Invite your friends to join MyFootballNow to keep this league alive! Then send them to this league to become the owner of a team! The league will expire at 8/01/2025 8:00 am.

Like I said, EA doesn't advertise it.

Awareness for Kickers and Punters does what it does for everyone else, but you have to remember that there are 3 Positions in Madden in which Awareness does MORE.

QB, K and P.

EA doesn't advertise this, but what Awareness does on all 3 of these positions is act as a gauge for 'mis-fires', or how often something will go wrong despite being done correctly by the player.

This obviously ties in with Accuracy, but it's sort of on the other end of the spectrum. This is for when the Player does everything right, for there still to be the slight chance of it not working because of the guy on the field.

It's why, from time to time, you'll see even Great Accuracy QBs completely over throw the guy in the Flat. No way that should happen with 99 Accuracy across the board... but he hit that trigger and 'slipped', sailing a pass in which the Player did everything correct.

You see it more with QBs, because you Throw a LOT more than you'll ever Kick or Punt.

But it's there. A RNG element tied into Awareness to 'ping' and cause some chaos.

I've tested it with Kicks and Punts myself, and had some friends that interned at EA confirm without confirming that I was on the right track.
