How can I make this happen....

My TE (Allan McCrary) on this roster is one of my better offensive weapons but no matter what play calls I have available he never sees more that a couple targets. The all of a sudden this game happens.

I find that quite often, its not the recipient of the play but rather the orchestrater, ie the QB, how well does he know the play and his progression and then the rest of the O line. I have had many problems trying to get TEs into the game and found the best way is to just stick with some plays and eventually the team picks up on it.
