Is it normal for Training Camp to be processed less than an hour after Late Free Agency Day 3?

I know the site is having some issues but I haven't seen this issue specifically mentioned. Based on the emails I received yesterday (Saturday 12/27) it looks like Training Camp in MFN-16 processed ~40 minutes after Late Free Agency Week 3 finished.

9:43pm PST - Received email "Late Free Agency Week 3 completed for MFN-16"
10:21pm PST - Received email "Training Camp completed for MFN-16‏"

This doesn't seem right to me. Am I wrong?

What a fantastic weekend it has been! No, that looks like it was a bug as a result of the troubleshooting that took place this weekend. Unfortunately I can't really roll it back without making even more problems, I'm afraid.
